ZipGoesGreen.com is the epitome of the inspirational quote, “Think Globally, Act Locally.” President Michael Aaron caught our attention at a green tech event with his Green Pride Flag, an earth-friendly variation on the gay pride flag. Aaron’s site fuses the concepts of online affiliate marketing and the push to adopt reusable containers to lessen plastic consumption. The site sells a number of items that most likely appeal to the camping and hiking crowd, such as is bisphenol A-free and phthalate-free water bottles, recycled plastic dishes, 100% organic cotton bags,
and even petroleum-free cutting boards made of recycled paper. Of course our choice purchase would be the power strip that turns off related gadgets when the main appliance, such as a television or computer, is shut down.

Upon joining, partners market the website and whenever someone purchases something from the ZipGoesGreen.com site, the partner gets 25% of the sale. The bonus is that checks are sent monthly and partners can have their ZIP code put on products such as water bottles or cloth bags.
