Whole Foods To Enter The Haight

Nouveau hippies in San Francisco’s historic Haight district will soon have a place to buy overpriced quinoa and coconut milk, thanks to the impending development of a Whole Foods on Haight and Stanyan Streets. According to the San Francisco Business Times, Developer Mark Brennan inked a lease with Whole Foods.

The Austin-based grocery giant will renovate 23.600 square feet and build upon its local presence, recently expanded thanks to the new store on 24th Street in Noe Valley. The lease is a 20-year deal.
