Research in Motion, the Canadian company behind the ubiquitous smartphone, BlackBerry, is gearing up for new releases that will satisfy addicts on all carriers. Previously, those admiring the Bold had to use AT&T services. That will all be history when the BlackBerry Tour 9630 is released later this summer. Set for release on Verizon and Sprint, the Tour is similar in size to the Bold, has a 3.2 megapixel camera with geo-tagging capability, a mute key and a lock key, five hours of talk time and the full set of media tools. Add to that a high-resolution color display and you have a sweet phone riding the CDMA network.

If you still like the feel of a flip, check out the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 on T-Mobile. The compact phone-plus has a high-res display, a 2 megapixel camera with video recording capability, a microSD slot, WiFi, and support for many applications, including RSS feeds, Flickr and Facebook.
