Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal is suing CVS Pharmacy for allegedly selling cough and allergy medicines, antacids, baby formula, energy drinks and dairy products past their expiration dates at 20 or more of its Connecticut stores according to ConsumerAffairs.com.
